Post Massage Online After-Care
Following on from your massage these online sessions via Zoom (or any other suitable platform) will provide a bespoke self-care plan which will help you manage and treat your pain or discomfort between treatments.
I will coach you through a bespoke self-care session using different techniques including self-massage, trigger point therapy and stretches/mobilisations targeting particular muscle groups taking time to make sure you are totally clear about what you are doing.
A detailed summary of your treatment plan is emailed to you after each session allowing you to carry on with your self-care routine until the next appointment.
These sessions really can help enhance the benefits of your massage and are highly encouraged.
