Online self-care
The sessions take place via Zoom (or any other suitable platform) and will include a detailed consultation and assessment to identify areas that are in need of attention.
I will coach you through a bespoke self-care session using different techniques including self-massage, trigger point therapy, stretches targeting particular muscle groups and breathing/relaxation exercises taking time to make sure you are totally clear about what you are doing.
A detailed summary of your treatment plan is emailed to you after each session allowing you carry on with your self-care routine until the next appointment.
These sessions will help to have a positive impact on both body and mind and will give you a better knowledge of your body and ways you can affect it.
In an ever-changing world these sessions are ideal for those who may not have the time to visit, or those who may be high risk, isolating or who live further afield to access my treatments remotely.
